So far in this course, we have learned all about linear equations.
What happens if we have several linear equations graphed at one time? 

In this unit, we'll explore systems of linear equations.  Systems of equations can help us solve all types of real world problems where linear equations can be derived.  

We can solve systems in various ways depending on the depth and complexity of the original equations.  We'll learn about these different methods in this module.  This information can then be interpreted algebraically or geographically.

Essential Questions:

  • What are the different ways to solve systems of linear equations?
  • What does the solution to a system mean graphically and algebraically?
